You can do the credit top up via the web portal, it is in the menu under More -> Finance -> Buy Credits (link). Select payment type, either credit card or PayPal, insert payment amount and click "Continue" button.
You may adjust automatic top up on the web portal, it is in the menu under More -> Finance -> Manage automatic billings (link).
In case there is any SMS rates changes on your account, you will receive a price change notification via email.
For signing up a new account, you can go to the sign up page.
You have to insert your email address and password on the login page of the web portal and click the login button. In case you forgot your password, you may reset it by clicking the "Reset password" link on the login page, insert your email address and hit the "Reset password" button. Then you will receive an email for reset password.
The login username will be the email address that you used when signing up the SMS account.
By default the sender ID will be "ResDiary" but if you would like to have your own sender ID, you may request a new sender ID, it in the menu under More -> Request sender ID (link). You have to insert your preferred sender ID and click "Request sender ID" button, then you will receive sender ID approval email within 1 hour and you can set the new sender ID under your default sender. Go to Settings -> My profile (link) -> Select a default sender and click "Save user" button.
The web portal supports credit card and PayPal payments.
The minimum top up amount depends on the currency. The minimum top up per currency is:

You can set a credit alarm for your account to notify you when the credit is running low. You can find it in the menu under Account settings -> Credit alarms (link).
