    How to do credit top up/How to purchase credit?

    You can do the credit top up via the web portal, it is in the menu under More -> Finance -> Buy Credits (link). Select payment type, either credit card or PayPal, insert payment amount and click "Continue" button.

    How to adjust automatic top-up?

    You may adjust automatic top up on the web portal, it is in the menu under More -> Finance -> Manage automatic billings (link).

    How to check SMS rates adjusted for my account?

    In case there is any SMS rates changes on your account, you will receive a price change notification via email.

    How to sign up for the account?

    For signing up a new account, you can go to the sign up page.

    What is ResDiary SMS coverage/what is the SMS rate?

    New user? You can go to the sign up page and press the 'Download price list' button.
    Existing user? You can find it in the menu under Account settings -> SMS Coverage price list (link).

    How to log into the account / reset password?

    You have to insert your email address and password on the login page of the web portal and click the login button. In case you forgot your password, you may reset it by clicking the "Reset password" link on the login page, insert your email address and hit the "Reset password" button. Then you will receive an email for reset password.

    What is my login?

    The login username will be the email address that you used when signing up the SMS account.

    How to adjust sender ID?

    By default the sender ID will be "ResDiary" but if you would like to have your own sender ID, you may request a new sender ID, it in the menu under More -> Request sender ID (link). You have to insert your preferred sender ID and click "Request sender ID" button, then you will receive sender ID approval email within 1 hour and you can set the new sender ID under your default sender. Go to Settings -> My profile (link) -> Select a default sender and click "Save user" button.

    What types of payment method the portal supported?

    The web portal supports credit card and PayPal payments.

    The minimum top up amount depends on the currency. The minimum top up per currency is:

    You can set a credit alarm for your account to notify you when the credit is running low. You can find it in the menu under Account settings -> Credit alarms (link).

    How to set credit alarm?

    You can find it in the menu under Account settings -> Credit alarms (link). Select type of alert either SMS or email, insert phone number or email address, then insert credit limit amount to trigger the notification email.
